Lots of Holiday spirit here at ISI, and the students had the wonderful idea of decorating our Jólatré this year with messages of kindness and encouragement for all to see.

Prevention Week in Garðabær runs from November 1st to 8th. At the International School, we will focus on the five values that characterize positive communication as outlined in Garðabær's Code of Conduct.

Empathy: To motivate empathy in your own interactions, find similarities instead of focusing on differences.

Earlier this month, our sixth graders went on a trip to the Science Center at the University of Iceland.
